Hi Revathi,
There is no straight-jacketed approach to earn more money. There are plenty of good jobs & higher study opportunities available after getting the degree in dentistry as a doctor. It is the professional field with good career opportunities. Further, there are a lot of openings abroad too. In India, salary is in the range of 6-8 lacs per annum.
After completing BDS, you may find employment as:
-Consultant
-Professors
-Forensics
-Dental surgeon
-Oral pathologist
-Medical Representative / Sales Representative

Anybody who completes his/her MBBS is a doctor. On the other hand, CMO is a designation given to doctors when they are heading a department/hospital in a government and private organisation.
