It depends on which category you belong to.
If SC/ST there are chances that you get a call and for NCL OBC its varies between 75-85 percentile.
For General, percentile varies from 93-95 percentile.
But academics are also considered during selection process.

The minimum required percentile for getting a call for general PWD/DA category varies from year to year. However, for 35.33 percentile, chances are little less.

You have bright chances of getting selected in IIT Roorkee. If you have more than 80 percentile in SC category, there are good chances. Less than that, there are bleak chances of getting selected in IIT Roorkee.

If you are general category student then cutoff is somewhat between 93-95 percentile to get a call.
For OBC category, student's cut-off is 80+ percentile to get a cut-off.
and if you are in SC/ST category you have a bright chance to convert.

DoMS IIT Roorkee doesn't consider sectional cutoff, only the overall percentile is considered.
OBC student having more than 80 percentile have a good chance of getting the interview call. Further selection depends on the profile, work experience, performance in GD-PI, etc.

Yes you are eligible for IITR MBA program. But the thing is IITR being tech institute of our country prefers B.Tech students over other programs. But now it is changing its criteria to have diversity. Also, this amount of work experience will help you along with your GD/PI process. Our cut off usually goes around 93-95 percentile. So after your CAT percentile you can apply for our institute. Let me tell you, IITR MBA program is just amazing. Specially the facilities it can provide. You name it and you have it.

Hi kuldeep
It depends and varies from b-school to b-school. And every year criteria changes.
B-schools like IIT delhi, IIT Kgp, IIT Roorkee shortlist on basis of work ex, past acads and CAT percentile.
While colleges like IITB and IITD have cutoffs around 99 and 98 respectively, IITKgp, IITK, IITM and IITR have it around 95.
Be it work experience or no work experience, you can always show why you are a good candidate. The most important thing that I learnt was that they are looking for a reason to to select you not to fail you.
Being a student of IITR i can assure you its one of the best b schools to aim for.
