Dublin Business School cares more about the applicants being career-focused rather than only academic toppers

It is definitely important for Indian students to have a solid academic foundation. DBS mostly focuses on these factors -

  • Practical and industry-ready skills
  • Professional Networking

Yes, the Dublin Business School application process is pretty simple. And, Indian students can directly apply to DBS without using the CAO or agents

The non-EU applicants are anyway required to apply directly through the International Admissions Office on the Dublin Business School website

The January intake at Dublin Business School is more limited and PG-focused compared to it's September intake. This intake offers students with an opportunity to go for Masters courses with less competition.

The main courses offered at DBS Ireland are given below -

  • MBA (General & Specialisms)
  • MSc in Data Analytics
  • FinTech
  • Digital Marketing
  • MA and HR Management

The September intake at Dublin Business School is the main intake for all Indian students

This is the primary academic cycle and the month of September offers the widest range of courses at UG and PG levels.

On the other hand, the January/April intakes are the secondary option with very limited availability

Dublin Business School hosts a huge number of Indian students and kit operates on a rolling basis.

And yes, DBS can stop accepting new applications as soon as the seats for a programme is filled

It can happen even if the DBS general intake period is still open.  This BSchool accepts applications all year long (which are January, April and September).

Yes, Dublin Business School has an April intake for Indian students across courses available at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

The DBS April intake is offered in areas like Business, Analytics, Law, Strategy and Computing.

This intake offered here is generally considered an alternative to the main intakes like September and January. Indian students can not apply for April 2026 now.

Yes, it is generally a suggestion to the Indian students to apply early for the January and April Intakes. It is because a lot of time is required to apply for the Irish student visa which is quite time-consuming.

Given below are the guidelines for DBS admissions -

  • The ideal time for the same is at least 3 to 4 months before the course starts.
  • And it is the case with most of the programs offered at DBS.

Yes, students can change their course in the first two weeks of the course commencement at DBS or before classes start. However, any request for a change of course mid-stage through an academic year or 2 weeks after the start date won't be entertained.
