Masters in Digital Media is not a bad course and is definitely worth pursuing after B.Sc. In Visual Communication. Add more details about the other courses available too. Hi Girish,
If you don't have work experience then I will suggest you look for MS management programs or it is likely that you will have to compromise with the university reputation and your investment. Australia can be a good choice for your MBA, there are universities accepting freshers. University of Technology Sydney is a good one.
