Hi buddy, MD Emergency Medicine. Pros - the most recognisable degree in EM right now, job pretty much guaranteed, can become Medical Faculty. Cons - highly volatile, can get recognised at any time, not many clear cut training programs. Very few MCI recognised programs in the country right now. DNB Emergency Medicine. Pros - More stable than MD EM, can become faculty, training programme more definite and fixee. Cons - More difficult to pass than MD EM, step-sister treatment to MD EM, requires a longer period of senior residency before being eligible to become faculty. MEM (SEMI/GWU).
