Fellowship in Emergency Medicine (FEM): This is a two-year fellowship programme offered by some medical colleges and hospitals in India. Certificate Course in Emergency Medical Services (CCEMS): This is a short-term Certificate course offered by some universities and medical colleges in India. The course covers the basics of emergency medicine, including first aid, trauma care, and disaster management.

The admission process and cutoffs for NEET MS can vary depending on various factors such as the number of seats available, the number of applicants, the category you belong to, and the college you prefer. As of my knowledge cutoff of September 2021, based on the previous year's cutoffs, a rank of 16630 in NEET MS may not be sufficient to secure admission in a government college under the general category. However, you may have a chance to get admission in private medical colleges or deemed universities. It's best to check the current year's cutoffs and admission process for NEET MS in various government and private medical colleges to get a better idea of the colleges you can apply to.
