I am assuming you to be of general category. With this rank, it is hard to get a good private college in Delhi, you can go for YMCA Faridabad.

Although, it is difficult to get good NITS, but you should try for middle or lower order nits like NIT Patna, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Durgapur etc. You can get branches other than CSE. You can also predict other possible colleges here:
