Sorry, but with these marks, you won't be able to get into MVNIT with your rank. Also , it'll not be possible with any of the government institutes. Kindly go for private universities with B.Arch courses which have big placements records or try for a drop.
Recommendations are VIT, Manipal, Amity and LPU as some of the best fo B.Arch.

You can get a seat but you have to appear in counselling procedures which is 70% seats are filled through university-level counselling based on marks obtained in class 10+2 and rank obtained in JEE Mains. Selection parameter and weightage:
10+2 marks - 75%
JEE Mains - 25%
Remaining 30% seats are filled by the university based on the marks obtained in class 10+2.

You can't get any government architecture college through your JEE score as it's really low, but you may try CEPT Ahmedabad, MS University Baroda, IP University or Vaastu Kala College through your NATA score.

The fee structure of the colleges may vary from college to college. But it is depending on your marks in 12th that how much you will get a scholarship. GNA University is very good and private university for hotel management and also, you can get a scholarship of up to 90 %. Maybe this will help you. Visit the link below:
