Hi,
It entirely depends on the cut off of that particular year. But getting 230+ would ensure your admission in CS in good NITs. In case of IITs you need to just qualify JEE Mains but have to do well in JEE Advanced.

Solve previous year's question papers. For chemistry, read and learn every line of NCERT.
Chemistry is a scoring subject you can get score good through it. That will save your time too.

It entirely depends upon the pattern and that particular year's cut-off. But I think that a score of 190+ would get you to the safe side.

Yes, according to the new education policy all government and private colleges get admission through JEE score, but you can get admission through university's entrance exam.

You have to appear for JEE Advanced to get admission into IIT. In JEE Mains you have to secure a very good score, so that you get eligible to appear in Advanced.

Yes, practical knowledge is important for a student who going to appear for JEE Mains exam. Some questions come from practical background. Its weightage is low but knowledge of practical is good for scoring in chemistry and physics subject in JEE Mains exam.

For biology you don't have to study in IIT because mathematics is compulsory. You should go through HC Verma for physics, Arihant for mathematics and NCERT for chemistry.

There is less time for the preparation of JEE Mains. The exam is on 2nd April, so go through the syllabus. Do not think about the time, just prepare accordingly.
