Ankit, yes with these marks you can get admission in MIT and even in some of the NITs.
But in case with this good score in 12th and JEE score you fail to get a good college of your choice, you can get you a seat in some of the best private universities that are offering admissions both on the basis of JEE score and 12th marks.
Some of the good private universities are also offering good scholarships on the above criteria.

Yes, according to the latest notifictaion by CBSE , student needs to have minimum 75% in class 12th or he/she needs to be in the top 20 percentile of there respective boards to appear for JEE Mains 2017 and from 2017 no 40% weightage will be given to 12th marks in claculating the final JEE score
