Placement :
The placements and job opportunities of our college are good. A lot of companies should come to offer a job to the students. Some students have taken a job with a 10 LPA as salary. In 2016, students got a package of 8+ LPA. Total of 76+ companies come to our college for jobs and placements. Placements in engineering are just a hoax nowadays in any college. Job opportunities come but students could not manage to meet the standards of companies seeking employees. So, it is pointless to say that job opportunities are not availed in college.
Internship: No. The college doesn't provide any internship. The students generally go for BSP (The Famous Bhilai Steel Plant) or JSPL (Jindal Steel & Power Limited, Raigarh) for the needful.

In Rungta College of Engineering and Technology, they provide you with soft skill classes from the first semester onwards. And there are lots of companies visiting like Mahindra, Wipro, Infotech, Tata, BYJU's. The highest package offered was 7 LPA.
