Hello Jarupla,
The admissions in NIT"s as well as in IIIT's are based on ranking in JEE Mains examination. NTA will be announcing this in the month of May after completion of second phase of this exam in April. For getting admission in IIT's, the students have to clear one more exam called JEE Advan

If I write TANCET in 2019 and not satisfied with my marks, can I write it again in 2020?

Hi,
TANCET scores are valid for only one year. This means that if you write in 2019 and not satisfied, then you have to wait and write again in 2020 to get admission. The scores are valid only for that year in which the exam was held because TANCET is conducted every year. All the best.

The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you will qualify for NIT or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration.
