Graphic Era will be the right choice. If you are concerned about the placements then if any of the companies are coming to DIT then they will surely come to Graphic Era also. Also, there are many milestones that the students of automobile engineering are achieving here.

Delhi Technological University indeed offers lateral entry for B.Tech in different branches but the websites clearly says the eligibility as Diploma in any branch of engineering or its equivalent as given by Delhi University for different universities. Now whether 3 years Diploma is equivalent to B.
