Electrical engineers usually work in a lab, an office, a mine or in industrial plants. An electrical engineer usually can pursue a technical career in any industry. They usually supervise computer programmers, electricians, scientists and other engineers.

CSE is any day better than Diploma in IT, and if you have really good ideas around application and games development, then CSE will really help you a lot in the longer run.

I don't think any of these can said as the worst. As an engineer, you would come to know every branch have it's own goodness. It totally depends upon you what you likely want to do. If you like to spend your time with solving problems analysis and coding then you may opt CSE. But if you want to play

More or less it depends on your test. What I mean to say is if you don't like it whatever it is it will never make you happy. Just do a little research about syllabus and field application of these fields, then it will be easier for you to choose one.

I'll prefer you to opt for the Electronics and Electrical engineering as this is the best branch that will have the awesome future and will be in the great demand as more and more electronics companies are setting up their manufacturing plants in India.
