For VVIT University BTech, you need to pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and secure at least 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST). Selection is based on entrance exam scores, such as VVITAT or state-level engineering exams.

VVIT University BTech is a four-year undergraduate engineering programme divided into eight semesters. The course is offered in full-time mode with a strong focus on technical and practical learning.
