Yes, it is a good college and as this college is very old, this college has tie-ups with many companies and this is the only college in India that offers 95% quality placements.

If you fail in even one subject in class 12th, then you will not be eligible for engineering diploma, you have to clear that exam first.

Getting IET at this rank is not possible as your rank is too high. For that, I'll prefer you to opt any other govt college or if you want IET only then you can wait till the spot round of the counselling.

The chances of getting this college in this branch is too low at this rank as this college's closing rank is only 10k in all the branches for the OBC candidates.
