No, you may have to take WBJEE for that and you will get a seat only if there are seats available. There is no other way.

Not, yet. After completing Diploma or when in the final year then you can apply for Loco Pilot. Before that, you are not eligible.

The counselling will begin on 25th July, 5 rounds will be held at all 42 TNEA institutions.
