In general no scholarships is granted. Its only for those who are meritorious in class 12th. However, if you have performed exceptionally in your Diploma, then there is some chance of scholarship for you. You need to apply and take the chance. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

Placement is tough in mechanical in any college but you can try and prepare for the GATE exam.
