I obtained 290 rank in B.Tech (LEET) entrance exam. Can I get admission in YMCA or Deenbandhu College in any branch?

Hi Arman,
You can try for YMCA, but it's difficult. Just wait for the physical counselling which will be held on $th of August.
Try for Deenbandhu also as there you might get admission.

You can get in Deenbandhu but in YMCA, it is difficult.
Just wait for the physical counselling, you might get it there, the date for the same is August 4, 2018.

Surely, you can get into physical counselling.
Last year, I have seen students with a rank around 45K getting IT.
So, surely you can get.

Hello Rahul,
The change of college is acceptable only if counselling is not over and you have paid fees in the college allotted to you in the first/second round as the case may be. Usually, no seats are vacant in any government college since fees are low. You may read rules of counselling in detail

Let me tell you one simple thing that, for engineering, there is nothing better than the IIT. So if you have any doubts and comparison which includes IIT then just shift towards IIT.

Apart from IITs, for engineering, NITs are the other best colleges for sure. But there are several good colleges and universities also like BITS and Jadavpur University.

Yes, you can switch the branch from mechanical to CSE. If there is a seat available in for CSE branch and you should have a good score in the 1st year.
