Fundamentally, GATE syllabus is equivalent to BE. In addition, one is expected to choose GATE paper of the branch in which BE is done. So the requirement for further study material is rather limited.

It is a very average college of UPTU. It doesn't have a good placement record, while they are working on their academics from the last year.

It's difficult to say about that. But if I were at your place I will go for BIET Jhansi because REC Banda is not good college. REC is preparing himself to get better from last year.

Sorry Deepika, you don't have any chance of getting IET Lucknow. Try for other colleges like KNIT Sultanpur, BIET Jhansi, IERT Allahabad, JSS Noida, AKGEC or ABESEC.
One thing I want to suggest is- you should go for every round of counselling to get good colleges.

As per my knowledge, PSIT is better out of the mentioned colleges for CSE. Placements & academic record of PSIT are far better than those of the above-mentioned colleges.
