MDU Rohtak offers BTech admission via its affiliated colleges. For CSE admission in 2025, the last round closing ranks varied between 167341 and 1389859 for the students belonging to the General AI quota.

While filling CENTAC application form, candidates have to upload photograph and signature. Both documents should be scanned according to guidelines. Size of documents should be 20 to 50 KB.

The competition for getting into BTech in CSE is more than the BTech in ECE course. However, BTech in CSE does offer better placements. Candidates can do Dr. D. Y. Patil School of Engineering and Technology, B.Tech CSE or B.Tech ECE comparisons on the basis of factors such as course fees, faculty, infrastructure, student reviews and more.

GATE 2026 application window is now closed for admission to the ME/MTech courses. The GATE 2026 exam for admission to ME/MTech/PhD courses will be conducted on Feb 7, Feb 8, Feb 14, and Feb 15, 2026.

The Jadavpur University WBJEE Cutoff 2025 was published for admission to the BE/BTech courses. According to the WBJEE Cutoff 2025, the cutoff for the General category students belonging to the All India quota ranged from 67 to 5435 according to the first and last round closing ranks. The most difficult BE specialisation was B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering, with the last round cutoff being 78. On the other hand, the easiest course specialisation for admission for this category was B.Tech. in Architectural Engineering, with the last round cutoff of 5435

GATE exam is conducted once in a year. The exam is conducted usually in February for admission to M.Tech programme offered at IITs, NITs, IIITs. This exam is also accepted in other colleges for admissiont to M.Tech courses.
