Aspirants seeking admission to UPES SOHST BTech courses must check the eligibility criteria before applying. In order to be eligible, aspirants must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in Classes 10 and 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Math, and English as major subjects in Class 12. NIT Delhi offers two-year M.Tech programmes with the following specializations: Analytics in Computer Science and Engineering, Power Electronics and Drives in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, VLSI in Electronics and Communication Engineering, and CAD/CAM in Mechanical Engineering.
