To join in Lucknow institute of technology for M.Tech one must secure minimum of 50% or equivalent CGPA in Under Graduation and GATE, CAT are also accepted.
The student can secure seat in the college if the student score good in any of the entrance exam. The cutoff for the college is varying every academic year and is not disclosed anywhere.

Sorry to say this, but No, you cannot get a seat with 65 percent in BE computer Science without taking the entrance test attending the entrance test is compulsory to get a seat, and the minimum percentage should be 75 percent no student will get a seat without giving an entrance test.
