Sorry to say this, but No, you cannot get a seat with 65 percent in BE computer Science without taking the entrance test attending the entrance test is compulsory to get a seat, and the minimum percentage should be 75 percent no student will get a seat without giving an entrance test.

You must have more than 95% on your class 12 board exams in order to be admitted to SASTRA through this stream. Indeed, following your diploma, you can enroll directly in the second year of engineering school to pursue a BTech degree program. Through lateral entry, or direct admission to the second year of the Diploma in Computer Engineering or Information Technology program, students can enroll in the programme after completing their ITI course. SIT takes admission through SET (symbiosis entrance test). The previous year cutoffs for CS general category students are 89.91 percentile.

SIT also takes admission through JEE mains if you scored around 80 numbers then you can surely get a seat in SIT CsE branch.
