No, the GATE cutoffs for IIT Patna 2025 admissions are currently unknown. The only availabe cutoff data for MSc admissions at IIT Patna comes from IIT JAM. The GATE cutoffs may differ from the IIT JAM however, the difficulty of both exams is relatively the same. Hence, candidates can expect similar trends in the GATE cutoffs for IIT Patna MSc admissions as the IIT JAM cutoffs.

Yes, a part-time M.Tech course is valid and AICTE-approved in India, provided it is offered by a college recognised by AICTE and UGC. Such degrees hold legal and academic validity and are accepted by government organizations, public sector undertakings (PSUs), private companies, etc.

Most M.Tech colleges are accepting GATE scores for admission. State-level admissions to Mumbai University–affiliated colleges use MHT-CET (PG). For IIT Bombay, GATE plus COAP counselling is required. Some private colleges may additionally conduct their own tests or interviews, but GATE remains the main exam for serious aspirants.
