SRM University offers BTech in full-time across various specialisations. The total seat intake for this course is 5,355. Admission to all the seats of BTech are done through a common selection process. The eligibility for B.Tech (lateral entry) is either you have completed the Diploma course or you are in the last year of Diploma with 50-55% aggregate in any one of the following branches:

Higher Education Department, Government of Tripura mentions the application fee of DEEET in the official notification. Candidates from UR/SC/ST category have to pay INR 350 as fee. However, BPL candidates must pay INR 200 as DEEET application fee. The application fee can be paid online through debit/credit card or net banking. Applicants are advised to keep the payment receipt safe for future reference.
