Out of 75 CSE students, 68 were eligible for the 2023 placement session. Further, 71 offers were distributed among the placed students. Looking at the past three years' data (2021 to 2023), a fluctuating trend was recorded in the number of offers made to CSE students. The HBTU CSE average package is not disclosed for the 2023 drive. IIST-Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology follows a reservation policy while allotting seats to its students. At KJ Somaiya Institute of Engineering & Information Technology (KJSIEIT), the placements for B.Tech students are highly encouraging. The campus attracts major corporations each year and boasts an excellent placement record.

The highest package and average package offered during placements in 2023 stood at INR 13.5 LPA and INR 5.7 LPA, respectively and a total of 161 students were placed.
