Yes. Candidates are advised to check the official AUEET exam pattern before starting their preparation process. This will allow the candidates to understand how the examination will be conducted and accordingly prepare for it. AUEET will be held as an offline test i.e., pen-and-paper-based test. The total duration of AUEET is 1 hour 30 minutes. Candidates will have to answer a total number of 100 multiple-choice questions of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. One mark will be allotted for every correct answer. There is no negative marking.

Solving mock tests is very important for AUEET preparation. By attempting mock tests regularly, candidates will be able to understand exam pattern and how it will be conducted.

For AUEET preparation, students should follow some important tips so that they do well in exam. Students should know official syllabus and exam pattern. This will help them to plan out their studies. A timetable should be prepared and students should practice with mock tests. Revision should also be done regularly.

AUEET pattern will consist of exam marking details. For every correct answer, one mark will be given to candidates. No marks will be cut for incorrect answers or unattempted questions. Candidates should know marking scheme so that they are prepared for exam.

The topics of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics to be studied for AUEET will be similar to ones studied for the 12th standard qualifying examination conducted by a recognised state or central board. Given below are the eligibility criteria for admission to the BTech programme at IIIT Una:

• The candidate must have passed class 12 with Physics, Chemistry & Maths with a minimum of 75% aggregate.
• Also, candidates must have valid JEE-Main ranks based on which they can apply for the common counselling process through JoSAA and CSAB.
• Lastly, selected candidates will have to report to the admission cell at IIIT Una for document verification and fee payment leading to final seat allotment.
