DSAT, which stands for Dayananda Sagar Admission Test, is composed of three distinct sections. Each of these sections comprises a total of 25 questions, and these questions cover the subjects of Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. A stipend to basically GATE candidates is given by the central government. Candidates getting admission at Jadavpur University can also receive stipend from the government of West Bengal and the university fund. As per an unofficial source, the monthly stipend that the candidates may get can be around INR 12,400. The information given here is as per multiple sources and hence, is indicative.

Jadavpur University is one of the high-ranked universities for Engineering courses. Thus, candidates need to have a really good GATE score to secure admission in this university. The university prepare a merit list based on candidates GATE score and performance in the interview round (if conducted).
