Easwari Engineering College (EEC) in Chennai boasts of a reasonably active placement cell and there is a wide array of firms that visit the campus each year within the IT services, software product, core engineering, consulting and analytics fields.

• Companies that typically pay visits: The recruiters that are leading in terms of numbers in the IT and software sectors are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, HCL, IBM, Capgemini, and Accenture. • Higher Studies: Students may undertake B.Tech Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering after the Diploma as a lateral entry (direct 2 + year). You can also take B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics or do AME (Aircraft Maintenance Engineering).
