As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, CUJ was not widely known for its B.Tech programs in CSE or ECE. Placement outcomes can vary year by year and depend on various factors such as individual performance, industry trends, and networking opportunities. To determine which B.Tech programme offers better placements at CUJ, it's advisable to check the most recent placement statistics, industry connections, and alumni feedback specific to these programs from the university's placement cell or official sources.

As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, CUJ primarily offers programs in non-engineering fields. Therefore, it may not typically accept entrance exams related to engineering admissions like JEE (Joint Entrance Examination). However, admission requirements and available programs can change, so it's essential to check the latest information on the official CUJ website or contact the university directly for any updates regarding engineering-related admissions.
