Once look into this rank data:
- Very Good Rank: 1 – 5,000
- Good Rank: 5,000 – 20,000
- Average Rank: 20,000 – 50,000
- Low Rank: Above 50,000
So, getting into CSE in top colleges is definitely impossible for you at this rank. But, you can try out in other courses for which don't require that much rank.

Sorry to tell you, but Bachelor degree is only applicable after 12th qualification. So, either right now you can do Diploma or re-write the exam. Then, applying for some good private institution. Also, if you really admire to get into good engineering colleges like IIT, NITs. Go hustle for it. Nothing is impossible.

YES! You may be eligible for government colleges. But obtaining a scholarship is difficult. Since you will be sent to a college based on your rank and counseling after passing the IMU CET. You might be eligible for MTI if your rank is high enough. From then, Shipping Corporation of India will sponsor you. On the other hand, obtaining sponsorship on your own is nearly impossible if you attend a college where no businesses are present.

You can get the JGEC in round 1 as of 2022 the overall cutoff for WBJEE is 1784 - 4412 rank for CSE.
