The students can register for AKTU counselling for admission to AKGEC MTech courses. The registration and application can be done online. Candidates are required to fill out the application form online via the official website. The starting date of counselling registration will be intimated separately on the website. Yes, Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College provides well-furnished accommodation facilities to girls and boys. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. Each hostel building has a separate mess with a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area to provide nutritious and wholesome meals. Hostels also have a gymnasium along with outdoor and indoor games and sports facilities. The hostels also have a library with magazines and fiction/ general reading books, a TV room, and offers various other facilities for students.

Admission to MTech at Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College is through counselling and direct admission basd on fulfiment of eligibility criteria. Thus, aspirants can take admission through the counselling conducted by APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. Direct admission is also granted to the candidates who meet the minimum eligibility criteria which is passing a relevant BTech degree with 60% aggregate from a recognised university.
