The authorities have closed the JEECUP 2025 counselling choice filling process online for Round 3. After checking the result, the candidates were able to fill out their choice of colleges and courses in the order of preference. From the provided online list, the candidates had to select the preferred courses and colleges and submit it before the final dat. It is to be noted that the selection had to be done strictly in the order of preference since it will be considered during allotment.

BTech Computer Science Engineering is a Four-year duration course, which is approved by UGC. To get admission in BTech Computer Science Engineering, the candidate should have Physics and Mathematics as a compulsory subject along with Chemistry/Biology/ Biotechnology/ Technical vocational subject.

The aspirants of M.Tech courses shall first check out the eligibility requirements, i.e., a valid BE/BTech degree from a recognised university. Eligible candidates can visit the institute's official website (bitmesra.ac.in) to apply. Admission to BIT Mesra M.Tech is based on merit in the GATE exam and academic performance. For the final selection, 80% weightage is given to the GATE score and 20% weightage to Academic Performance. Aspirants without a GATE score can also apply. For non-GATE qualified candidates, the selection is based on Interview and Academic Performance.

The University offers various specialisation in BTech. The duration for the same ranges between 3- 4 years depending upon the specialisation, the criteria for getting admission in BTech is, the candidate must have passed class 12 with a minimum of 45-60% (CBSE 12, PSEB 12, ISC).
