For last year, the closing rank for BTech in Civil Engineering was 22809 which is very close to this range. This was for the General category under the All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission. Since the cut-offs keep changing year on year, it is advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission to NIT Trichy - National Institute of Technology.

No, IIIT Surat doesn't offer any specialisation in courses. Currently, we have two courses, Computer Science and Engineer and Electronic and Communication Engineering. Both the courses have advance syllabus which will be helpful for placements and doing some specialised career. Most students do specialisation course online as we get lot of benitifs and access to online specialisation courses like Matlab etc.

Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general and with General category and such percentile it is quite difficult to get any good college like NITs/IIITs or any government college and that too with CSE branch

But you can try for private colleges discussed below on the basis of your class 12th score or you can appear for their own entrance tests :

 UPES Dehradun

 AMITY University

 Sharda University

 Lovely Professional University
