Yes definitely you can do because as per the information brochure of JEE Main the candidates can appear for JEE Main if they are either completing/ passed 10+2 with PCM background or if they have completed or appearing for final examinations of Diploma course recognised by AICTE or a State board of technical education of at least 3 years duration.
