NRI rank is just a matter of luck.
But, if you had 2 k rank, you will get fire and safety.

The Diploma distance courses in Fire and safety are not available at 10th standard. You needs to complete class 12th first.

It depends on you and your learning speed. If you already have basics clear and you are studying, then you may have a slight chance of actually scoring well.

TOEFL and IELTS tests are necessary to test your understanding of English both spoken and written. Hence, it is very necessary.

You cannot do an engineering course while working, but you could pursue Executive Diplomas in certain fields and Management courses too. For that, I suggest choosing a field first in which you want to learn then ask about the courses related to that.

If you can not access the modifications page then you are out of options and should immediately call the NTA as mentioned by other mentor. Explain them your problem humbly and provide a good reason for it. It is not guarantee that it could work but that is the last option.
