Yes English literature is a valid course. Once graduated in B. A. (Hons.) English literature, you could do your M.A. or an MBA. There are several higher study options for meritorious graduates in English language and literature, such as journalism and mass communication; management; tourism administration; law; international relations; linguistics; communication management; film editing and direction; visual communication; and library and information science and forms of creative arts like drama and cinema.

You can think of master of mass communication , Ma English with b.ed for school teaching or you can do net exam for college level teaching. Even you can do any foreign language and than try for Ifs ( Indian foreign service ) and start ur career in embassy .You cn try for creative writing trainer or after ma English you can try for soft skills trainer in corporate firms.

yes Shankar you can go for MBA, it doesn't matter what undergraduate course you did, but as your undergraduate % is less you have to perform better in MBA competitive exams,and also in the PI and GD and extempore i.e. in all the admission procedure, and to get a job all matter is how well you perform in your 2 year MBA, for shipping and logistics you have to take Operation Management as your specialization
