The problem of medium can be rectified. You can go ahead with your Hindi Medium, but, cultivate a strong second language and it is good for your brain also. In the USA, the trend is learning a second language, as it is found useful for a person in more than one way.

For the first question, you can find the answer, depending on the place where you live. You will find some good colleges near your place and you will be happy with them.
Spoken English is just like any other skill. It comes by using practice. It improves, as you go on speaking. It is just like riding a bicycle. If you do it every day, you will become a master.

Hi Ranjit,
I hope you're doing well. Coming to your question, knowing English is of course very crucial to work with any reputed organisations as it is the official language we use to communicate. I suggest you to start reading English newspapers and underline the words you don't know. Keep a pocket dictionary with you and you can check the meanings there. You can also watch good English movies and keep revising all new words you come across. Try using English frequently and correct yourself till you learn. Take help from people fluent in English or if you have time, you can also join English speaking classes.
All the best buddy.

Hi Raviraj. According to me you should go for Marketing because there is huge demand for good marketers in the corporate world. Package is always high then to HR. And please remember a company needs 10 marketing people but they will only need 1 for HR. Also as you have done your BA in English it will help you in communicating your views nicely to consumers. Hope I have answer your query.
