Astonishingly enough, but looking through the prior scholarship applicants, it has apparently been recorded that their scripted way of expression in an essay has won Ecole polytechnique federale for Lausanne Excellence Fellowship. Generally for masters, the requirement would be above average performance in the undergraduate study, probably an average of 5.0 on 6.0 on the transcript. Applicants would need for the fellowship to submit CV, motivation letter, two recommendation letters, and transcripts of previous studies.

EPFL (École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne) has multiple intakes for various programs throughout the year. The primary intakes are for the Autumn (September) and Spring (February) semesters.
Autumn semester: Applications can be submitted from mid-November to the 30th of April to start studies in September.
Spring semester: Applications can be submitted from the 1st of October to start studies in February.

All that is required for an average Indian student to join EPFL is passing the general English proficiency test with a score of 72. The EPFL website suggests that students budget from 1,44,498 INR to 1,92,608 INR per month for accommodation, food, and other expenses. In addition to these expenses, students are required to pay tuition fees, which are 70,303.38 INR per semester, as well as other fees such as 2,407.72 INR for AGEPoly membership, 1540 INR for contribution to sports facilities, and 866 INR for contribution to the social fund. For Master's programs at EPFL, the application deadlines are either the December deadline or the March deadline, applying to Indian students. Applications submitted between mid-November and December 15th are eligible for the December deadline, while those submitted between December 16th and March 31st are eligible for the March deadline. Applications for Bachelor's programs can be sent in between mid-November and April 30. Whatever deadline is selected, studies at EPFL begin in mid-September after acceptance, which is crucial to know if you want to begin studying there the following September.

85 on the TOEFL is higher than the required minimum for EPFL. It is crucial to remember that EPFL is ranked 22nd out of the top 50 colleges in the world, therefore your chances of getting in may be improved by getting a higher TOEFL score. Aiming for a minimum Internet-based TOEFL score of 100 is also advised in order to secure admission to prestigious universities. Good grades will therefore give the pupils' application form more weight.
