Era Educational Trust (EET) is a registered body established with the main aims and objectives of providing educational (both medical and paramedical) facilities to the needy and deserving population of society. EET has been conceptualized as a "Centre of Excellence" in Medicare, education, training, and research. Era Educational Trust, which enjoys the patronage and support of some well-known academicians in the medical fraternity, manages the Constituent Colleges of Era University.

Era University accepts NEET conducted by the NTA for various medical courses such as MBBS, BPharma, MD, and MS. For other courses, Era University offers admission on the basis of merit. NEET is conducted once a year in offline mode for a duration of three hours and 20 minutes. Candidates preparing for NEET should first be familiar with the exam pattern and syllabus. Yes, Era University has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls within the campus. The rooms are well-equipped and offered on a twin-sharing basis. The hostel rooms are spacious and airy. The hostel rooms have study tables, wardrobes, and comfortable beds.

The university has recently opened a new girls hostel. The hostel rooms are spacious with an attached washroom. All the rooms have independent electric meters which will give the students a choice of using air conditioners.

Yes, Era University offers 24 Diploma courses. The Diploma courses are offered in various specialisations, namely, Medical Laboratory Technician, MRI Technician, CT Technician, Operation Theatre, Physiotherapy Technician, Optometry Technician, Dialysis Technician, Cardiology Technician, and many more. Admission to Diploma courses is based on merit scores of the last qualifying exams.
