Era University has a high placement rate for MBBS students. Almost 70% of the students got placed from Era University and Era Medical College, Lucknow. However, Era's Lucknow Medical College and Hospital does not offer any guaranteed placements. The university has a dedicated placement cell that helps students find internships, part-time and full-time jobs. Companies like Apollo Hospital visit the campus for placements. According to the placement report for UG courses for 2018-19, 107 out of 124 students got placement offers while 17 opted for higher studies.

According to the current statistics of placement Era University does lead G.C.R.G group of institutions in terms of placement but if all the courses and their respective placements are considered some results might vary. Era University has a dedicated placement cell that helps students find internships, part-time and full-time jobs. The highest package offered during the recent placements stood at INR 2.4 LPA, while the lowest package was INR 1.2 LPA.

Placement for students was conducted every year. The campus offers placement for students. From last semester students are eligible for placement. Lenskart and 16 offers are there. One lakh is an average package or it can be more. 10% of students get placement every year. The highest and lowest package offered during the recent placements stood at INR 2.4 LPA and INR 1.2 LPA, respectively. The placement record of Era University is considered wonderful, and the placement cell controls the placement process of the institute.

Era University offers many courses from Diploma, Undergraduate, Postgraduate to PhD.
The application process starts shortly after the completion of required exams of eligibility.
For 2024 the dates are from June that is after the result of NEET ug is out and similarly for NEET pg.
