One can say there are direct admissions at Graphic Era University Online as all courses have their selection through merit or previous qualifying exam scores and do not have entrance tests. Though the university does have a management quota either with separate fees and requirements. As such one must still work hard for GEHU Online admissions.

The application fees for Graphic Era University Online is INR 1500 and is to be paid by students during the application process. Students must complete the eligibility requirements before they apply with the selection depending on merit or previous qualifying exam scores. While the exams such as CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT for MBA may have separate registration fees.

There is both online and offline mode of application for Graphic Era University Online admissions.
- Online: Apply through the online admission portal.
- Offline: Apply through the university's admissions office on the campus.
The eligibility and application fees are the same for both mode of application as well as the selection process.

- 10th Certificate/ Marksheet for Date of Birth.
- Score card of qualifying examination (CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT) (if any).
- Character Certificate from Head of the Institution last attended (Original).
- Migration Certificate (Original).
- Three additional photographs (for offline mode of application).
- Marks Sheets for (Graduation, Diploma, 10+2, Matriculation).

Yes, the 2 year online MBA programme at Graphic Era University Online affordable can be said to be affordable with an annual course fee of INR 40K which would total INR 80K for two years. Students can also get fee concessions if they are an Alumni of the institution or Employees of the institution (Self / Ward, as applicable). These fee amount's affordability will still depend on the students' budget and other factors.

Yes, as a Centre for Distance and Online Education for the larger Graphic Era Deemed to be University, Graphic Era University Online extends only distance learning courses at the UG and PG levels. These programmes are taught online through live classes as well as the institute's LMS system. Thus students can learn flexibly at their own pace.
