As your JEE Mains score 2019 rank is 23293 general category, you should give JEE advance also. For college allocation, you should participate in the counselling process of JoSAA portal. You should apply for all the nits, iiits, and other government funded institutes also. Just participate

All the IITs are better any day than IIIT-H on all parameters. Don't make the mistake of chucking IIT for IIIT-H. Just go through the curriculum and academic regulations of IITs and IIIT H on their respective websites and decide for yourself.

Hi Arjun, I think NITs are good for you to takes in these percentiles because you know NITs prioritizes after IITs. But while coming to low level NITs I think IITDelhi is also a better option to opt.

To get the top most branches in this college you must score below 20,000.

You should go for SRM as the curriculum and the faculty there is good. ECE at VITEE is also a good option depends totally on your interest. However, you should remember that upgrading your branch is a tough thing. So, I would recommend SRM.
