According to ESSEC Business School admissions department, applications are analyzed by the Admissions Committee. If eligible, students are invited for interview within 8-15 days. If selected in the interview, final decision is communicated to students within 7-10 days.

Yes it is possible to get into ESSEC Business School's MBA program without work experience. According to their website, you can apply for Global MBA program without GMAT scores and be accepted pending reception of accepted GMAT scores. If you are interested in flexible 2 - 3 year program, you can apply with little or no graduate work experience. ESSEC also offers Executive MBA program that is for experienced people.

One student who studied abroad at ESSEC Business School through direct enrollment program said that they had some good teachers who shared real world experience. They also noted that school had partnerships with many famous companies and organizations providing students with employment opportunities.
Also, blog post from student who attended ESSEC Business School for their MBA program in 2020 said that school had given them opportunity to get out of their comfort zone and communicate and collaborate with far more people than they were used to.

The tuition fees for the Global BBA programme at ESSEC Business School are EUR 13,750 (INR 14.81 L) for 1 year. There is non refundable fee of INR 4,83,230.

To get visa for Indian students at ESSEC Business School in France, documents that are required are mentioned below-
- Passport- Must be valid for entire duration of your stay in France
- Proof of acceptance from ESSEC: You will receive a letter of acceptance after being admitted to the school
- Proof of financial support- Required amount of financial resources is set by each embassy with avg of about EUR 800 per month for living expenses
- Proof of health insurance coverage- Private medical insurance for entire period of your stay in France is required.
