No Arvindhan, you will not get NITs but you will get a private college.

Sorry, but there is no ALLEN coaching classes in Nagpur but try for IIT-HOME: It is also the best coaching institute.

IBSAT is enough for colleges accepting IBSAT scores - like IBS Group - IBS Hyderabad, IBS Mumbai, etc.

There is very less probabilities of getting NIT, but there are some chances of getting private College. Check the colleges here:
