The Andhra Pradesh AMCET paper of 23-05-2025 has been rated moderate to difficult by experts. The physics paper was a bit on the tougher side. Chemistry was easy. Mathematics was a bit tough as well as length. Again these are assumptions and many students may have different opinions.

With a rank of 39169, you may get admission in IIITs but getting admission in BITS is tough. Going by the previous year cut-offs, with a rank of 39169 in JEE Mains you are well within the range of IIITs.

A KCET rank of 30712 is not considered a good rank. You may get top branches like CSE or IT in private colleges or less competitive seats in low tier government colleges. It is unlikely to get into a top-tier government college with this rank.

Yes with this rank in KCET, you will get admission for ECE.However you may have to wait a few rounds in the counselling process before getting a seat allocated.
