Sorry to say that you should have minimum of 75% or be among top 20 percentile student (Check your board's cutoff marks for being among top 20 percentile) in board exam to be eligible to get admission in B.Arch course at any central college through JEE Main. It doesn't matter if you score 99 Or 99.9999 percentile. First you have to pass the eligibility criteria.

VITMEE is a computer-based test conducted by the Vellore Institute of Technology to offer admission to postgraduate engineering. Yes, as a part of MSVU application process, the students are required to show English proficiency.
Students are required to have a four-year bachelor's degree in the relevant field of study from a recognized university or institution with a B average or a GPA of 3.0. English proficiency can be shown by submitting any one of these scores: IELTS with no ban below 6.0 and a score of 86 or higher is required in TOEFL.

Yes, IELTS test score is a valid language proficiency requirement at BU. The minimum acceptable IELTS score at Bentley University is around 7.0.
The institute also accepts TOEFL & Duolingo test scores, the minimum acceptable TOEFL score being 90, while a Duolingo score of around 120-130 is also deemed sufficient.

Candidates should preferably preserve the XAT admit card even after the exam. As it can be asked as document of proof during admission process in a particular B-school. They should keep the XAT admit card (signed and stamped copy) safely until the admission process is completed.
