IPU CET (BTech) follows an NCERT-based syllabus covering Class 11 and 12 topics, whereas JEE Main includes NCERT concepts along with advanced topics. The question type in IPU CET is mostly conceptual and application-based, while JEE Main requires more analytical and problem-solving skills. The JENPAS UG exam dates are released by the official exam conducting body, i.e. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board. As per the recent update, the JENPAS UG exam was scheduled to be conducted on May 25, 2025, but it was not held this year. A revised date is expected to be released soon.
