An Indian-origin Nepali can give JEE Advanced without taking JEE Mains, as they are considered a "foreign national" and can directly register for JEE Advanced if they meet the other eligibility criteria; they do not need to qualify JEE Mains to appear for JEE Advanced. But if you are a citizen of India and completed 10th and 12th from foreign country, then you have to give JEE Main to be eligible for JEE Advanced

Anna University may consider changing the TANCET exam mode from offline to online. Since the exam has fewer audience as compared to other competitive exams, offline exam becomes easy to manage. Candidates prefer an online exam over the offline OMR based exam. The decision with the change in the exam mode shall lie with the conducting body.

Yes, you can find admission for online MA with any entrance exam in many UGC-recognised institutions in India. IGNOU, CU-Online, and similar do not require you to take any national- or university-level test. But you will require to have a valid bachelor's degree in any subject from a recognised university.
